Pet grooming software

A profile for every pet, so groomers know before they start.

For pet spas and groomers: a profile for every pet with weight, vaccinations and allergies; weight-based pricing; reminders for owners to come back; before/after photos for every visit.

How it works

A pet's journey through your salon

  1. Step 1

    Owner books

Regular owners book online and choose the right pet for each service. One owner, many pets, each with its own booking.

  2. Step 2

    A profile per pet

Species, breed, weight, sex, neutered status, date of birth, microchip number — all one tap away.

  3. Step 3

    Before you start

Allergies, grooming notes (“scared of the dryer”), and an instant warning when a pet's vaccinations are overdue.

  4. Step 4

    Grooming & photos

Save before/after photos for every visit. Owners can see their pet's look on their phone.

  5. Step 5

    Weight-based checkout

One service, several price tiers: under 5kg, 5–15kg, over 15kg. Sell food and accessories too.

  6. Step 6

    Bath reminders

A reminder interval per service; pets who haven't been back in a while appear on a list so you can call the owner.

What groomers see

Everything to know about a pet, before you begin.

Groomers open the calendar and see which pet is coming, its weight, allergies, what was done last time and your own notes. No need to quiz the owner at every visit.

  • An overdue vaccination warning as soon as the pet is selected — a warning, not a block
  • Allergies and grooming notes sit next to the pet's name, not buried in the owner's notes
  • Service history for each pet, with before/after photos

Features

Built the way pet groomers work

Complete pet profiles

Species, breed, weight, sex, neutered status, date of birth, microchip, vaccinations, allergies and grooming notes.

Weight-based pricing

Each service has price tiers by weight; the front desk picks the tier matching the weight on the pet's profile.

One owner, many pets

Every pet has its own profile under one owner: packages, wallet and vouchers belong to the owner and work for any of their pets.

Transfer to a new owner

When a pet moves to a new home, transfer the profile; the pet's service history goes with it, packages and wallet stay with the previous owner.

Multi-visit packages

Prepaid bath and grooming packages by visit, with an expiry date; owners are reminded before a package expires.

Your trade's vocabulary

The software calls your staff “groomers” and the ones you serve “pets” — not “clients” and “therapists”.

FAQ

Pet grooming: frequently asked questions

What if one owner has several pets?

Each pet has its own profile under the same owner. When booking — including when owners book online — the right pet is chosen for each service.

Is weight-based pricing calculated automatically?

Each service is split into price tiers by weight, e.g. under 5kg, 5–15kg, over 15kg. The front desk picks the tier based on the weight on the pet's profile — the system doesn't guess the tier from the name.

Do you have to accept pets with overdue vaccinations?

That's your call. The system warns you as soon as the pet is selected for a booking, but doesn't block it — you decide.

Can owners see photos of their pet after grooming?

Yes. After verifying their phone number, owners can see appointments, packages, wallet and before/after photos from past visits.

What happens to the profile when a pet changes owner?

Transfer the profile to the new owner. The pet's service history stays on the profile; packages and wallet stay with the previous owner, since that's their money.

How do bath reminders work?

Set a number of days per service. Pets past due without an upcoming booking appear on the “Due” list so you can call the owner, and you can log the outcome of every call.
