These terms govern access to the gotia.app website and use of the partner portal and related Gotia services.

1. Scope
These terms apply when you visit gotia.app, contact Gotia or use the partner portal and related services provided by Gotia. By using the service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms.
2. Accounts and use
Businesses using the partner portal are responsible for managing their accounts, user permissions, the security of login credentials and all activity under their account. Users may only use the system for the lawful operations of their business.
3. Data and content
Businesses retain rights to the operational data entered into the partner portal, including customer, appointment, transaction, staff, service and report data. Gotia processes this data to provide, maintain, secure and improve the service in accordance with the agreement and the privacy policy.
4. Prohibited conduct
You may not use the service to break the law, infringe third-party rights, gain unauthorised access, disrupt the system, copy or exploit the product beyond what is permitted, upload malicious code or do anything that affects the safety and stability of the service.
5. Fees and payment
Service plans, fees, billing cycles and related policies are agreed separately between Gotia and the business. Gotia may suspend or limit the service in case of overdue payments or breaches of these terms.
6. Availability and changes
Gotia strives to keep the service stable, secure and continuous. However, the service may be temporarily interrupted by maintenance, upgrades, technical incidents, infrastructure providers or other causes beyond reasonable control. Gotia may update features to improve the product and user experience.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Gotia is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of business opportunity or losses arising from misuse of the service, incorrect configuration, data entered by users or incidents beyond Gotia's reasonable control.
8. Termination
Gotia may suspend or terminate access if a user or business breaches these terms, creates a security risk, misuses the service or fails to meet payment obligations. On termination, data is handled in accordance with the service agreement and the privacy policy.
9. Changes to these terms
Gotia may update these terms when the product, service model or legal requirements change. The new version will be posted on the website and takes effect from the date of update, unless stated otherwise.
