Hair salon & barbershop software

A calendar per stylist, and clients back on schedule.

For hair salons and barbershops: clients book their favourite stylist online, get reminded when they're due for a cut, buy products on the way out — and each stylist's commission is calculated for you.

How it works

A day at your salon

  1. Step 1

    Clients book their stylist

Share your booking link on social media or any messenger. Clients pick their usual stylist or anyone, and only see that stylist's free slots.

  2. Step 2

    A calendar per stylist

One column per stylist, drag and drop to reschedule, durations per service: a cut takes 45 minutes, colour 90.

  3. Step 3

    Serve & take notes

Client profiles keep the history of every visit and notes — whoever is on next time knows the client's usual cut and colour.

  4. Step 4

    Checkout & retail

Check out from the appointment and add shampoo or styling wax. Stock updates as soon as the sale is made.

  5. Step 5

    Rebooking reminders

Set an interval per service: cut every 21 days, root touch-up every 45. Clients past due without a booking appear on a list ready to message.

  6. Step 6

    Commission per stylist

Service and product commission plus per-service pay — payroll at the end of the period, and stylists see their own payslips.

What stylists see

A screen for every stylist: today's bookings and their own payslip.

Stylists log in and see who they have today, what for and when. At the end of the period they check their own payslip, broken down line by line — fewer end-of-month questions.

  • A personal calendar by shift, not the whole salon's appointment book
  • Payslips spell out per-service pay, service commission, product commission and bonuses
  • You control permissions: stylists only see their own schedule and pay

Features

Built the way salons work

A calendar per stylist

The services each stylist performs, their shifts and days off. Online bookings never land on a stylist's day off.

Flexible commission

By service or by category, set per stylist, with effective dates. Product commission is tracked separately.

Retail products

Shampoo, wax, hair colour — multiple sizes, barcodes, suppliers and low-stock alerts.

Packages & memberships

10-wash packages, membership tiers with automatic discounts, loyalty points that turn into credit, gift vouchers — reasons for clients to come back.

Due for a cut

A reminder interval per service; the front desk logs the outcome of every message or call and schedules the next follow-up.

Ready for barbershops

Choose Barbershop at sign-up and the software says “barber”; salons get “stylist”.

Plus every core feature: appointments, online booking, point of sale, clients, staff and reports. See all features →

FAQ

Hair salon: frequently asked questions

Can clients choose their usual stylist when booking online?

Yes. Clients choose a specific stylist or “anyone”. Only that stylist's free slots are shown, and clients are told if the stylist is off that day.

Can each stylist have a different commission?

Yes. Commission is set by service or by category, can be set per stylist and has a start date. Product commission is calculated separately.

How are a lead stylist and an assistant on one colour service paid?

Select both people on the same service, each with a share. Pay and commission are split by those shares, and the appointment shows in both stylists' columns.

Can stylists see their own pay?

Yes. Every stylist has their own screen and sees their own payslip, broken down line by line. They can't see anyone else's pay.

How do rebooking reminders work?

You set a number of days per service. Clients past due without a booking appear on the “Due” list, most overdue first; the front desk logs the outcome of every contact.

Does selling products update stock?

Yes. Sales at the counter update stock automatically, low-stock alerts warn you in time, and sales commission is credited to the seller.

Does it work for barbershops?

Yes. Choose Barbershop at sign-up and every screen says “barber”; calendars, commission and rebooking reminders work just like in a salon.
